I love rich silks and the effects that can be achieved with fiber-reactive dyes; I spend most of my time working on new designs or searching for new inspirations. Each scarf or necktie is a completely original painting, signed, and one-of-a-kind.
Nature's colors and forms never cease to inspire. Most every day I can be found with my dogs out in the woods and fields near my home. I am fascinated with plant forms, but positive / negative space is at the core. I never use digital tricks, because I don't know any and don't want to.

You can read my Featured Artist Interview, which is old enough to be obsolete. What hasn't changed is my work ethic. I am living my second life hard at play, fingers stained with dye, and completely absorbed in a new design experiment.
